Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, we require at least one full working day's prior notice. We regret that refunds will not be made for cancellations sooner than this. Upon delivery of your report, usually within 5 working days after your visit, we'll send you a proposal. If you purchase the services listed on our proposal from us, and we proceed to invoice you based on the proposal, we'll refund the cost of your on-site service by way of a discount on the invoice.
