Service Description
Do not use this service for technical support queries (use our online ticket system for this). Book this session when you're contemplating making a change to your plan, or have more advanced queries about your setup. Use these sessions when you want to discuss making changes to your setup, including networking changes, or when you have more advanced 'how to' questions relating to your existing setup.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, we require at least one full working day's prior notice. We regret that refunds will not be made for cancellations sooner than this. Upon delivery of your report, usually within 5 working days after your visit, we'll send you a proposal. If you purchase the services listed on our proposal from us, and we proceed to invoice you based on the proposal, we'll refund the cost of your on-site service by way of a discount on the invoice.
